How it works

1. Write the invoice

Add the customer’s name, email and address, choose a currency, and list each item with its amount.

2. Choose your options

Decide who covers the fee, and whether the customer may pay through escrow.

3. Publish and send

The customer gets an email with a link to pay. You can also resend the email later.

4. Track it

See which invoices are paid or unpaid, edit drafts, or cancel an invoice you no longer need.

Good to know

  • Once an invoice is published it can’t be edited. Cancel it and create a new one instead.
  • A cancelled invoice can no longer be paid.
  • The fee is worked out from the invoice total.
